Do the apartments have a reception?
The apartments do not have a reception, so it is necessary to contact us in advance to let us know your approximate arrival time so we can coordinate the check-in process.
How do i indicate my estimated time of arrival?
You can indicate your approximate arrival time in your reservation, as well as provide us with your telephone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you. You can also contact us on +34 678 438 755 or send an email to victoria@vivaldiflats.com
What time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 1pm, provided that you have previously contacted us. If you wish to check in later than 10pm, a €20 surcharge is applicable.
Do the apartments have parking?
Our apartments do not have their own private parking, however, we do have agreements with nearby public car parks. Ask us for more information if you would like to use this service.
Do you provide baby cots and high chairs? Are they free?
We have baby cots and high chairs available for those guests who request them (subject to availability). The use of cots and high chairs is free of charge.
Are the apartments close to the city center?
Our apartments have a privileged location in the heart of the old city. During check-in you will receive a map of the city and all the information you need to enjoy your stay in Valencia.
Will my apartment be cleaned every day?
The daily cleaning of the apartments is not included with your reservation, only the cleaning after your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
